Job Summary
RASYA is seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Content Strategist & Social Media Growth Manager to lead the digital presence of RASYA Clinic, RASYA Institute, RASYA Foundation, and RASYA Hearing.
This role goes beyond social media posting. The ideal candidate will develop content strategies, manage digital campaigns, coordinate with the video editing team, drive audience engagement, and generate qualified leads through effective digital marketing initiatives.
The position is primarily based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, requiring regular in-person collaboration for content planning, video shoots, events, awareness programs, and campaign execution. Hybrid work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars across all RASYA brands.
- Create engaging content for Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories, YouTube, Blogs, Testimonials, FAQs, and Campaigns.
- Translate healthcare and educational topics into simple, audience-friendly content.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize content.
- Improve reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
Video Content & Campaign Management
- Work closely with the video editor to plan scripts, video concepts, captions, and publishing strategies.
- Execute awareness campaigns, promotional campaigns, service launches, educational initiatives, and special events.
Lead Generation
Generate qualified enquiries for:
- Clinical services
- Hearing Aid consultations
- Institute courses & workshops
- Foundation initiatives
- Events, camps, and awareness programs
Brand Development
Support the digital growth of:
- RASYA Clinic
- RASYA Institute
- RASYA Foundation
- RASYA Hearing
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor content performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable improvement strategies.
Qualifications & SkillsPreferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5+ years in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Healthcare, education, nonprofit, or service industry experience is preferred.
