We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. The candidate will support site operations, monitor construction activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising ongoing construction activities to ensure they are being carried out as per the project specifications and standards.
- They assist in coordinating with various teams, including workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure the smooth flow of activities.
- Ensuring that safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards.
- Verification of Labour Bill submitted by labour contractors.
- Maintain detailed records of construction progress, material usage, manpower,and equipment on-site.
- Assist Sr. Engineer to Prepare Daily Progress Report.
- Guide Store Person to maintain records of materials delivered to the site and their usage, ensuring that inventories are updated regularly.
- Maintain data related to Material testing. RFI.
- Ensure the construction project complies with environmental regulations, such as managing waste and preventing pollution.
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of construction site experience may apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Understanding of drawings, BOQ, and site execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation and billing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
