Protege Programme - SMART Factory Program Coordination

Partner with our Program Manager to support the transformation of our Enstek site into a SMART Factory of the Future. In this role, you will help bridge shop-floor systems with enterprise data, contributing to key digital manufacturing initiatives. Beyond project coordination, you will gain hands-on exposure to industrial IoT, data analytics, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies that drive operational excellence. Scope: Support SMART Factory programs and digital transformation initiatives, including Data Visualization and Predictive Maintenance projects. Assist with PoCs, vendor testing, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination

Coordinate project plans, milestones, stakeholder follow-ups, SteerCo reporting, and Digital Roadmap activities.

Data & Visualization

Develop and maintain AVEVA PI and Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and support KPI tracking under expert guidance.

Predictive Maintenance & Analytics

Support FEED studies, IIoT vibration sensor deployments, vendor engagements, and AI use case development for predictive maintenance and operational improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts.
Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES, industrial automation or manufacturing systems.
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Basic knowledge of databases / SQL and data manipulation.
