We are seeking a Senior Manager with 15+ years of engineering experience and strong leadership capabilities to lead teams in the Division I, SW R&D(IA). The role requires a process-oriented leader with structured communication, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams toward continuous improvement and innovation, while building strong collaboration with global counterparts
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
Drive a structured, process-oriented way of working aligned with quality and delivery objectives
Apply strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge across development, validation, and release phases
Good Expertise on Transmission and Axles products
Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
Your profile as a Senior Manager:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline
12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior leadership or managerial roles
Strong technical knowledge on Transmission and Axles products
Solid understanding of SDLC and system development processes
Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
