We are seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, effective staff management, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on the production floor.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Communicate production status and challenges to management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of production planning software ( Tranzect) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
