Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee project activities, ensure smooth execution, and act as a bridge between management, clients, and teams. The role involves planning, coordination, documentation, and frequent travel across India to support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and ensure timely execution.
- Act as a point of contact between management, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records in Excel.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to management.
- Support recruitment and resource allocation for project needs.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and client visits.
- Travel pan‑India to oversee project sites and ensure compliance.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle client interactions and team coordination effectively.
Requirements
- Must have access to a laptop.
- Willingness to travel pan‑India as per project requirements.
- Added advantage: Multilingual skills (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, etc.).
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
