DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following shall be the duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer
· Execute maintenance work as per electrical incharge/manager instruction and methods.
· Work with installation and commission of equipment.
· Perform plant equipment preventative maintenance as per PM plan.
· Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and rectify the repairs.
· Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like foreman, fitters and technicians.
· Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
· Work with reliability engineers to extend equipment life cycle.
· Oversee and control maintenance costs.
· Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
· Prepare and document all the maintenance, breakdown, service, preventive maintenance, calibration of equipment’s, electrical tools inventory, and maintain the same
· Coordinate with all kind of audits and inspection program
· Provides electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, security console, and mail conveyor system etc
· Provides engineering support by responding to requests for electrical problems.
· Ensure compliance with environmental policies and procedures, including proper disposal of hazardous materials and minimization of waste.
· Promote and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents.
· Develop and implement environmental procedures and protocols to minimize the organization's environmental impact.
DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. ITI/ Diploma/Degree/Master degree in electrical/electronic engineering with experience of minimum 2-4 years.
2. Electrical/ Mechanical Troubleshooting, Staffing, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Developing Budgets, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Management, Attention to Detail, Conceptual Skills, Supply Management, Facilities Management Systems.
3. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
4. Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
5. Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment.
6. Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, KOSHER, HALAL standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
