The Assistant Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization through effective coordination and project management within the CAT (Customer Analytics and Technology) team. The role involves analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance customer experience and business performance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives. Primary duties include managing project timelines, conducting data analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support various projects within the CAT team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and analytics best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and relevant business intelligence software.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of the insurance industry and customer analytics concepts is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
