We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist –
We are looking for an HR person who doesn't just handle paperwork but actually builds and improves the way HR works in our company. They will create clear processes, write SOPs, and make sure things run smoothly as we grow.
The right person is organized, loves structure, and can take the way we currently do things and turn it into a proper, documented system that anyone can follow.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Operations
- Manage employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR records.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment activities across departments.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding newly hired employees.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate internal meetings, documentation, and record management.
- Organize company files, shared drives, and knowledge repositories.
- Support cross-functional projects and administrative initiatives.
- Assist leadership with special projects related to organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or process management.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or operational documentation is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend efficiencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Within the First 12 Months
- SOPs documented for all key business functions.
- Recruitment process documented and standardized.
- New employee onboarding process fully implemented.
- HR documentation repository established and maintained.
- Monthly HR and operations reports delivered on schedule.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
