About the Clinic: Apex Dental Orthodontic and Implant Centre, led by Dr. Nilesh Mote, is a highly reputed and fast-growing dental clinic located in Baner, Pune. We provide premium dental care and are looking for a dedicated and active Dental Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Chair-side Assistance: Assisting the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments. Patient Management: Welcoming patients, handling the front desk, and managing daily appointments. Clinic Maintenance: Ensuring the clinic area is clean, organized, and hygienic. Sterilization: Proper cleaning, sterilizing, and arranging of dental instruments and materials. Requirements & Qualifications: Freshers are welcome to apply! (Training will be provided). Candidates with prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital will be preferred. Must be polite, punctual, and willing to learn. Good communication skills to interact with patients. Salary Structure & Benefits: Training Period (1st Month): ₹12,000 per month (You will be trained on all clinic operations and instruments). From 2nd Month Onwards: Salary will be revised to ₹15,000 per month upon successful completion of training. Performance-based increments will be provided in the future for excellent work.
