We're looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who can drive sales conversations, manage clients, and coordinate the entire order process end-to-end!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and convert them into orders.
- Manage email communication efficiently.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations as per customer/project requirements
- Coordinate with sales teams for order processing and payment follow-ups
- Manage and grow corporate accounts and long-term client relationships
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and PMC teams
- Track leads and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales coordination from inquiry to order closure
- Identify prospective clients and actively support business development activities
- Drive consistent sales growth through regular follow-ups and client engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Sales Coordination / Inside Sales
- Education: Diploma / Degree (Technical background preferred)
- Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Email, Documentation)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Convincing, result-oriented, and solution-driven approach
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
