Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to manage service operations, technicians, customer complaints, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HVAC service technicians.
- Schedule and monitor service calls and maintenance work.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide technical support.
- Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and service documentation.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HVAC service/maintenance.
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical/HVAC preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer and field-service operations.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
