Receptionist & Dental Assistant – Dental Clinic (Ahmedabad)

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and patient-friendly **Receptionist cum Dental Assistant** to join our growing dental practice in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with patients while also assisting the dentist during clinical procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk:
* Welcome and assist patients professionally. * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments. * Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries. * Follow up with patients for appointments and treatment plans. * Maintain patient records and documentation. * Coordinate billing and basic administrative work. * Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Dental Assisting:
Prepare treatment rooms before procedures. * Assist the dentist during routine check-ups and dental procedures. * Chairside assistance during: * Dental Implants * Root Canal Treatment (RCT) * Tooth Extractions * Cosmetic Dentistry * Restorative and General Dental Procedures * Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols. * Prepare and organize dental materials and instruments. * Assist in maintaining inventory and clinic supplies. Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or Clinic Coordinator is preferred. * Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply. * Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is an added advantage). * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, appointment scheduling). * Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and professional. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. * Team player with excellent patient-handling skills.
