We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade Voice AI Agents.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

Speech-to-Text (STT) & Text-to-Speech (TTS)

LLMs, RAG & AI Agents

Voice orchestration & low-latency systems

Telephony and web-based voice applications
You will work on scalable AI-native voice products involving intelligent automation, conversational workflows, and enterprise-grade Voice AI systems.

Build and deploy scalable Voice AI systems and backend services.

Design real-time conversational pipelines using STT, TTS, LLMs, and AI agents.

Work on:

Streaming vs batch STT

Interruption handling / barge-in

Low-latency voice systems

Telephony and web voice integrations

Async orchestration workflows
-
Conversation memory/context strategies
-
Agent framework orchestration
-
Develop APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

Design RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and conversational workflows.

Implement evaluation and observability layers including:

Tracing & monitoring

Prompt/version evaluation

Hallucination monitoring

Call analytics

Voice quality metrics

Conversation QA

Fallback and recovery systems

Optimize scalability, reliability, and performance of Voice AI systems.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

5+ years of backend development experience in Python.

Proven experience deploying Voice AI Agents in production.

Strong expertise in STT, TTS, LLM integrations, and conversational AI systems.

Experience with FastAPI or Flask.

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.

Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, memory handling, and AI agents.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.

Strong system design and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Twilio, Vobiz, Exotel, SIP, or telephony systems.

Familiarity with vector databases and WebSockets.

Experience with observability/monitoring tools.

Exposure to BFSI or enterprise automation domains.
