We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage branch profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in lending products, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive business growth by achieving monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets.
- Develop business through, Direct Sales, and Local Market activities.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales, Credit, Collection, and Operations teams.
- Ensure quality loan sourcing, documentation, KYC verification, and timely loan disbursement.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency/NPA through effective collection management.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
- Prepare MIS reports and present branch performance to regional management.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch employees to improve productivity.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
