Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic marketing coordinator to generate new clients by showing new advertising process to businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and service providers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential advertisers through out reach activities, networking, referrals, and client Interactions.
- Present advertising packages across digital, print, social media, event sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and advertising contracts.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining company profitability.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of advertisements.
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally (preferred).
