Job Summary
Kavery Furnitures is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee and strengthen the performance of our retail showroom network. The role is responsible for coordinating showroom operations, driving business growth, improving customer experience, developing sales strategies, and supporting the company's expansion into new markets and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operations of all retail showrooms.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase showroom sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute action plans to achieve business targets.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising, product presentation, and brand standards across all showrooms.
- Support showroom managers in achieving sales goals, inventory management, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate showroom teams to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversions.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead and support the setup of new showrooms, including location evaluation, launch planning, staffing, and operational readiness.
- Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, performance reviews, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹13,953.84 - ₹58,196.84 per month
