About the Role
We are a growing marketing agency seeking an Agency Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our creative, digital marketing, and IT delivery teams. This is not a generic operations role — you will work closely with campaign managers, designers, copywriters, developers, and client servicing executives every single day.
You will own the day‑to‑day workflow of our studio: routing briefs, tracking campaign timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring every deliverable — whether a marketing campaign or a digital product (website/app) — goes out on time and at the quality our clients expect.
What You Will Do
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign and IT project workflow — from brief intake to final delivery — across creative, copy, media, development, and client servicing teams
- Act as the central coordination layer between department heads and execution teams; keep everyone aligned without unnecessary escalations
- Assign and track tasks across designers, copywriters, media planners, and developers using project management tools; flag capacity issues before they become delays
- Run daily/weekly team standups and sprint check‑ins to monitor deliverable status and unblock dependencies
- Maintain and improve agency SOPs, brief templates, approval workflows, and handoff processes
- Track utilization across the team; identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to increase throughput
- Prepare weekly operations reports for senior leadership — covering delivery rates, turnaround times, and team capacity
- Foster a positive, high‑accountability studio culture where creative, marketing, and IT teams work in sync
Non‑negotiable requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, traffic management, or project coordination inside a marketing agency, digital agency, creative studio, or media house
- Hands‑on experience managing creative and/or digital workflows — routing briefs, managing revision cycles, tracking campaign timelines
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across creative, strategy, IT/development, and client servicing teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to write clear briefs and concise status updates
Good to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Operations, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Exposure to performance marketing, social media, or content production workflows
- Familiarity with agency billing, resource planning, or utilization tracking
- Experience working in a fast‑paced agency handling multiple client accounts simultaneously

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
