We are looking to hire a talented and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our growing team! As a Software Testing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications across various functionalities.
- Perform functional, non-functional (performance, security, usability), and regression testing.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and report software defects using a bug tracking system.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and suggest improvements to the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the automation test framework and write clean, maintainable test scripts.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong blend of manual and automation testing experience.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation is a plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is preferred.
- Experience with a bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience in a specific development methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
