Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatches and outbound logistics
- Manage sample shipments and courier coordination
- Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and delivery partners
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory movement
- Ensure timely deliveries with complete documentation
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues
- Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth dispatch processes
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
- Experience in the food or FMCG industry is an advantage
