Job Description: Sales Executive (TAFE Tractors)

Job Objective
To drive sales growth and market share for the TAFE and Massey Ferguson tractor brands in the assigned territory. The role involves identifying potential customers (farmers and commercial users), conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery and financing.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market Penetration
- Field Activities: Conduct regular village visits, "Nukkad Nataks," and "Mandi" activations to generate leads.
- Product Demonstrations: Organize on-field demonstrations to showcase the pulling power, fuel efficiency, and performance of TAFE tractors (e.g., Massey Ferguson Dyna-track series).
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly unit sales targets for the Harda/Indore region.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes (Mahindra, John Deere, etc.), and local market trends.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Lead Management: Maintain a digital or manual "Prospect Register" and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Financing Assistance: Coordinate with banks and NBFCs (like Kotak, Cholamandalam, or TAFE Access) to facilitate easy tractor loans for customers.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure the customer is introduced to the service team for periodic maintenance and warranty briefings.
3. Territory Management (Specific to Harda/Rau)
- Harda Focus: Tap into the soy and wheat farming belts; focus on high-HP tractors for heavy-duty soil preparation.
- Rau/Indore Focus: Focus on suburban commercial usage (haulage) and medium-HP tractors for smaller landholdings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture or BBA/B.Com). MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Tractors, Harvesters, or Commercial Vehicles). Freshers with a strong agricultural background can be considered.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and local dialects is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tractor specifications (HP, PTO, lifting capacity) and agricultural implements.
- Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to travel extensively within rural pockets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
