Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, structural works, and fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and teams, ensuring quality and safety, and completing projects as per schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil site activities.
- Plan and monitor construction work according to project requirements and timelines.
- Handle structural works, fabrication, erection, and civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors at the site.
- Review and interpret civil, structural, and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and site-related problems.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders when required.
- Monitor fabrication and structural installation activities and ensure proper alignment and execution.
- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline, quality standards, and specifications.
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in structural works and fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and fabrication drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site practices.
- Strong site supervision and team coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel for site reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
