Educational Counselor
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-oriented Educational Counselor to guide students in selecting the right academic programs and career paths based on their interests, skills, and goals. The role involves counseling, admission assistance, and continuous student support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance and counseling to students and parents
- Suggest suitable courses, colleges, and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and face-to-face sessions
- Assist in admission process, documentation, and enrollment
- Maintain student database and regular follow-ups
- Achieve assigned counseling/admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing ability
- Good understanding of academic courses and career options
- Confident, polite, and student-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Preferred: Education / Management / Arts background)
- Freshers can apply (Training provided)
- Experience in counseling / telecalling will be an advantage
