About the Role
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Founder’s Assistant to work closely with the founder and support the daily growth and operations of the company.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be involved in product development, operations, hiring, research, marketing, documentation, team coordination, and business execution.
The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable using technology, willing to learn, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to startup operations, technology products, AI, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the founder on ECLTalk and other company products
Track projects, priorities, deadlines, and team progress
Coordinate with developers, designers, tutors, interns, creators, and other team members
Prepare reports, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting notes
Conduct market, competitor, product, and business research
Assist with hiring, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Follow up with team members and ensure assigned tasks are completed
Support social media, content planning, creator coordination, and marketing activities
Test websites, mobile applications, and newly released product features
Collect user feedback and communicate it clearly to the product team
Help manage emails, meetings, calendars, and business communications
Assist with customer support, partnerships, and operational activities
Maintain confidentiality while handling company and founder-related information
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as the company grows
Required Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good English communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, and online tools
Basic understanding of technology, software products, startups, or social media
Ability to research information and present it clearly
Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working directly with the founder
Willingness to learn quickly and solve problems independently
Ability to work from the Lucknow office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Marketing, English, or a related field
Previous internship or experience in operations, administration, coordination, marketing, recruitment, or customer support
Experience working with a startup, technology company, or education platform
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Trello, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, recruitment, software testing, or content creation
Freshers with good communication skills, discipline, curiosity, and a genuine interest in startups and technology are encouraged to apply.
