Organization: 100-Bedded Multispecialty Hospital
Experience: 1–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff
- Employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and hospital regulations
- Support performance management and staff retention initiatives
Eligibility:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- Experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Healthcare/Hospital HR experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
