Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer friendly Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal Sales Representative should be fluent in English, have excellent people skills, and be able to understand and explain product details effectively to customers. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people and building long term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with billing, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and cleanliness.
- Support the team in meeting monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally as a knowledgeable Sales Representative.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or in showroom/retail sales preferred.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
- Presentable, energetic, and eager to learn about products.
