We hiring an experienced Business development Manager to drive brand visibility and client acquisition in the commercial real estate and industrial space. This role demands strong B2B marketing experience and industry connections.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 6-10 years in marketing, business development, or client relations
- Background: Candidates must be from CBRE, JLL, or related real estate/property consulting companies*
- Preferred Industry: Construction, Warehouse, Factory, Commercial Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial/industrial properties
- Generate leads through industry networks, channel partners, and direct client engagement
- Build relationships with builders, developers, warehouse operators, and factory owners
- Coordinate site visits, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers
- Track market trends in Chennai’s commercial/industrial real estate sector
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of CRE, industrial, or warehouse leasing/sales ecosystem
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and lead conversion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to leverage existing industry network from CBRE/JLL background
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
