Qualification: MBA (Preferred) / Graduation
Experience: Minimum 8+ Years in Sales
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Forecast sales, manage budgets, and drive overall business performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team productivity.
Requirements:
- MBA preferred; Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
