Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead the training and development initiatives across our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background, preferably from a fine-dining restaurant or five-star hotel environment, with proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis across different departments and identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver training programs for F&B, Kitchen, Service, Guest Relations, and other hospitality teams.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop and maintain SOP-based training modules to ensure consistent service standards.
- Conduct regular service excellence, grooming, communication, guest handling, and hospitality skills training.
- Train employees on fine-dining service standards, guest experience, and professional etiquette.
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to identify employee development requirements.
- Conduct on-the-job training, classroom training, workshops, role plays, and assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, observation, and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and employee training trackers.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees through structured development programs.
- Support career progression and succession planning through targeted learning initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure training standards are being followed across outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to ensure timely completion of mandatory and operational training.
- Prepare and present monthly L&D reports and training performance dashboards to management.
- Stay updated with current hospitality, service, and learning trends and introduce relevant best practices.
Pay: ₹833,347.53 - ₹1,229,311.12 per year
