5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Investment Banking domain.
Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets
Asset Classes like FI, FX, Derivatives, etc with an understanding of their Trade Life Cycle.
Should have high level understanding of Trade Booking, Validation, and Settlement processes in general for any asset class.
Basic understanding of Investment Banking Operations, with hands-on experience in Corporate Actions / Events Processing (e.g., Dividends, Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, Stock Splits, etc.)
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and business/data mapping.
Ability to independently lead requirement gathering sessions and functional discussions with business users and cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of driving discussions and requirements to closure with minimal supervision.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience working with global Investment Banking clients.
Exposure to investment banking operational platforms and workflow tools.
