Job Description
Worldwide Technology Solutions (WTS) is hiring a Generative AI Engineer to develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and modern AI application development.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Generative AI applications.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases.
- Engineer and evaluate prompts for production use cases.
- Integrate foundation models with enterprise applications via APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI model performance.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or comparable foundation models.
- Familiarity with vector databases and AI model evaluation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must be currently based in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office.
