Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Germany Opportunity Card applications.
- Assess client profiles and immigration eligibility.
- Guide clients on documentation and application requirements.
- Manage visa applications and maintain accurate case records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case processing.
- Provide professional support and regular updates to clients.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration or visa processing.
- Hands-on experience with Germany Opportunity Card applications is highly preferred.
- Experience in Australia PR and/or Canada PR visa processing is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of immigration documentation, application procedures, and compliance requirements.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online documentation systems.
