We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front office and provide administrative support for the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
- Manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative purchases.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth office operations.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR with employee documentation when required.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents in MS Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
As per company policy.
Salary
As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,995.64 per month
