Visit customers at their homes and generate new solar leads. Explain rooftop solar systems, benefits, pricing, financing and government subsidy. Understand the customer's electricity bill and approximate power requirement. Conduct a basic roof/site assessment and collect required customer details. Coordinate with the technical team for site survey and quotation. Explain available loan/finance options and documentation requirements. Follow up with customers until loan approval, installation and commissioning. Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales. Develop good relationships with customers and generate referrals. Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Candidate Requirements Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Sales/field-work experience preferred, especially in solar, banking, finance, electrical or telecom sectors. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable travelling for customer home visits. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
