Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Information Technology is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, security, and development of the hotel's IT infrastructure. The role includes managing computer systems, servers, networks, internet connectivity, CCTV, telecommunication systems, hotel software applications, user support, and IT security while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Monitor and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth operation of servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor server health.
- Check internet connectivity.
- Monitor Wi-Fi performance.
- Attend user complaints.
- Verify backup completion.
- Check antivirus status.
- Inspect CCTV operations.
- Maintain printer functionality.
- Update helpdesk tickets.
- Coordinate with vendors when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
