Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience in hiring for restaurant chains and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands. The ideal candidate should have managed recruitment for multiple outlets and possess strong experience in volume hiring for restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple restaurant and QSR outlets.
- Handle bulk hiring and regular manpower requirements across locations.
- Recruit for operational roles including Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Captains, Stewards, Cashiers, Delivery Executives, Kitchen Staff, Chefs, Sushi Chefs, and Shift Supervisors.
- Partner with outlet managers and operations teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and local hiring drives.
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and talent pipelines.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience within restaurant chains, QSR brands, cafes, cloud kitchens, or food service organizations.
- Strong experience in hiring for multiple outlets simultaneously.
- Proven track record of volume hiring and meeting recruitment targets.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from restaurant chains, QSR brands, cafes, cloud kitchens, and food service organizations.
- Experience recruiting for Japanese restaurants, sushi bars, ramen restaurants, or other Asian cuisine restaurant chains will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with hiring specialized culinary roles such as Sushi Chefs, Teppanyaki Chefs, Japanese Cuisine Chefs, and Front-of-House staff for Japanese dining concepts is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
