Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Architect with a minimum of 3 + years of experience in interior fit-out projects, specifically in corporate offices, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The candidate should have strong design, technical, and coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:Design & Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in space planning, detailing, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
- Ability to create presentations including mood boards and material selections for medium to large-scale corporate projects
- Good knowledge of lighting design and preparation of reflected ceiling plans (RCP), integrated with HVAC, fire detection systems, and other services
Client & Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients to develop and finalize design concepts
- Work closely with internal teams for design execution
- Exposure to project management will be an added advantage (though direct project/site management is not required)
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools
- Experience in site visits and practical understanding of project execution
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years as an Interior Designer or Architect
- Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is mandatory
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
