Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Govern the M.Sc. programs, update curricula, and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Research Promotion: Foster a robust research culture, encourage faculty publications, and secure external funding or grants.
- Strategic Growth: Drive departmental expansion, establish institutional collaborations, and enhance student placement outcomes.
- Administration: Manage faculty recruitment, resource allocation, and daily operations of the school.
Required Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics from a recognized, top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, with at least 3–5 years in a senior administrative role (e.g., Head of Department, Dean, or Principal).
- Academic Track Record: Must qualify as a Professor under standard regulatory guidelines (e.g., UGC), featuring high-impact research publications and successful Ph.D. guidance.
