Job Title: Showroom Receptionist / Front Office ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused, and professional Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will create a warm and premium customer experience while efficiently managing front desk operations, visitor coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all walk-in customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Guide customers to the appropriate Sales, Service, or Administration team based on their requirements.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain visitor records accurately.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure the reception area, customer lounge, and display areas are always clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide a premium hospitality experience by offering refreshments and assisting visitors.
- Manage courier, mail, and document handling.
- Support administrative activities and maintain daily reception reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to uphold showroom standards.
- Follow company policies on customer service, grooming, attendance, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
