Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement and digital transformation.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and business transformation projects.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Consultant.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data.
- Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
- Experience in digital transformation, ERP implementations, CRM systems, or enterprise software projects.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, data modeling, and workflow automation tools.
