Job Summary
As a Junior STEM & Robotics Coach, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, hands-on STEM learning experiences to students. You will assist in conducting robotics and coding sessions, support senior trainers, and contribute to curriculum delivery while continuously enhancing your technical and teaching skills.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about education, technology, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting STEM, Robotics, and Coding sessions.
- Support Senior STEM & Robotics Coaches during classroom and practical activities.
- Deliver engaging, activity-based learning experiences for students.
- Prepare and maintain STEM kits, training materials, and classroom equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and report progress to the Reporting Manager.
- Submit regular work updates through SumHR or the assigned project management tool.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Passion for STEM education and experiential learning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Coding, Electronics, or related technologies.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Scratch, Python, C/C++, or block-based programming.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or workshop experience.
- Basic understanding of curriculum planning and lesson delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics), Diploma, B.Voc., or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and working with school students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
