Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skin consultations and analyze clients' skin conditions.
- Conduct skin treatments including:
- HydraFacial
- Chemical Peels
- Medi Facials
- Microdermabrasion
- Carbon Laser Facial
- Acne and Pigmentation Treatments
- Skin Brightening Procedures
- Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures such as PRP, GFC, Botox, Fillers, and Laser treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control and hygiene standards.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
- Recommend suitable skincare products based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with front office and doctors for appointments and follow-ups.
- Achieve treatment and retail targets while maintaining ethical patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Skin Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a skin or aesthetic clinic.
- Hands-on experience with HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Medi Facials, and laser-based skin treatments is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and aesthetic procedures.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in dermatology or cosmetic clinics.
- Knowledge of aesthetic equipment and laser technologies.
- Experience in handling premium skincare brands and treatment protocols.
