Kwanta Communications is a creative agency building brand, campaign, and digital work across a growing roster of clients. We care about words that do a real job, and we are looking for a writer who does too.
The role
You will write across the full spread of agency work, including campaign lines, scripts, social copy, website, and email. You will also help build and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, taking ideas from concept through to rollout. You will partner closely with design and social to turn briefs into ideas people remember. This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh with regular in-person collaboration.
What you'll do
- Write clear, persuasive copy across campaigns, social, web, email, and scripts
- Develop and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, from concept through to rollout
- Turn briefs into concepts alongside the design and video teams
- Adapt tone and voice to fit each brand
- Edit and proofread your own work to a high standard, on brief and on time
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms, not just words on a page

- What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years of copywriting experience, with an agency background strongly preferred
- A portfolio or samples showing range across long and short form, digital and campaign
- A sharp grasp of grammar, structure, and brand voice
- Proficient in writing effective AI prompts to support and speed up content creation
- Comfort handling multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality
- Based in or around Chandigarh Tricity, or willing to relocate, for hybrid working
Bonus points
- Experience developing or executing brand IPs, events, or content properties
- SEO or content-marketing writing experience
- Scriptwriting for video or social reels
- A working understanding of how copy and design come together
