Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate delivers polite and efficient service to diners. They greet guests, take accurate orders, serve food and drinks, maintain clean station areas, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure memorable guest experiences
Core Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests: Greet visitors warmly, seat them, and present menus.
- Taking orders: Record food and beverage selections accurately, offering menu recommendations or upselling items when appropriate.
- Service delivery: Serve orders promptly following proper food and beverage service standards.
- Station upkeep: Set up tables, clear dirty plates, and maintain cleanliness of the dining room or bar area.
- Team coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff regarding guest timing and special requests.
- Guest relations: Handle visitor queries or feedback gracefully and escalate issues to management if needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or a diploma/degree in hotel management.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel resort; freshers with strong communication skills are often accepted.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, basic knowledge of POS systems, and a customer-first attitude.
- Attributes: Neat personal grooming, high energy, and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
