Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Tele-Caller cum Office Manager. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, sharing project and service information, and maintaining a courteous, professional phone presence. The individual will manage daily office operations, including coordinating appointments, maintaining records, managing files, and supporting basic administrative tasks. They will assist in follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams, update contact databases, and track leads and inquiries. The role also includes preparing simple reports, supporting documentation for ongoing projects, and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office.
Qualifications
Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in Hindi and English.
Basic office administration abilities, including record-keeping, filing, scheduling, and coordination of meetings or visits.
Comfort using office software and tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and basic data entry systems.
Customer service mindset with active listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in tele-calling, front-desk, coordination, or office management is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn about construction services and project processes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
