Responsibilities: • Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis • Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process • Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life • Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans. • Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently. • Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager • Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: • Around 1-5 years in Retail Sales • Excellent customer handling and communication • Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
