Job Title : Technical Support Specialist/Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Support Specialist/Project Coordinator to act as a bridge between clients and the internal technical team. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, provide basic technical support, coordinate project delivery, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams
- Provide first-level technical support and issue tracking
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare reports, documentation, and client updates
- Assist clients during onboarding and product implementation
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of software development and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Asp.Net Webforms, databases – basic level)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Provide a demo to clients for the product
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to .NET
- Experience in client handling or technical support roles
- Understanding of hosting basics
- Knowledge of email services, APIs, or integrations
- Communication Language: English

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
