About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Development Team Lead to lead our Web and Mobile Application Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications while leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, ensuring code quality, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Web and Mobile Application Developers.
- Plan, assign, and monitor development tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in architecture design, technical planning, and project estimation.
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications and mobile applications.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Business Development team, and Project Managers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain project documentation and technical reports.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress with internal stakeholders and clients.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in Web Application Development.
- Experience in Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS, or Cross-platform).
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, ASP.NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Leadership Skills
- Experience leading a software development team.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a development team is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivering enterprise web applications.
- Experience with Flutter or React Native is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Docker is preferred.
- Experience working in Digital Agency, Software Development, IT Services, or Product Development environments.
