We are looking for a skilled and versatile Chef de Partie (CDP – All Rounder) to join our culinary team at Blue Serene Resorts.
Chef de Partie (CDP)
The ideal candidate should have experience across multiple cuisines and kitchen sections, with the ability to handle both à la carte and banquet operations efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)
Handle different kitchen sections (hot kitchen, tandoor, garde manger, etc.) as required
Assist in menu planning, food trials, and new dish development
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Coordinate with service and banquet teams for smooth operations
