Job Summary:
The Production Field Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing field-level production activities, ensuring smooth plant operation, maintaining process parameters, coordinating with the control room (DCS), and supporting safe and efficient production during the shift.

Location: Hajipir, Bhuj, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Operations
Monitor and control field equipment such as pumps, valves, tanks, pipelines, and reactors
Ensure process parameters (flow, pressure, temperature, level) are maintained as per SOP
Coordinate closely with DCS Operator for process adjustments
Carry out start-up, shutdown, and normal operation activities
2. Equipment Handling
Inspect equipment condition regularly and ensure proper functioning
Identify abnormalities like leakage, vibration, noise, or overheating
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and repairs
Ensure proper isolation and handover of equipment for maintenance
3. Production Support
Ensure smooth material flow and process continuity
Achieve production targets as per plan
Minimize downtime and process interruptions
Support SOP demo runs and commissioning activities
4. Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety procedures and work permits (PTW system)
Ensure proper use of PPE in the field
Identify and report unsafe conditions
Handle emergencies as per defined procedures
5. Coordination
Work closely with DCS team, Shift Incharge, and maintenance
Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and quality checks
Ensure availability of consumables and raw materials
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain field logs and shift records
Report deviations, incidents, and corrective actions
Assist in preparing daily production reports
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
